Delete account and personal data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Trace Documents account (LGPD — right to erasure). Use the same flow on web, in the mobile app, or after signing in.

Mobile app (Android / iOS)

In the Trace Documents app: Profile tab → Delete account. Same as web: request, immediate account lock, permanent deletion after 7 days.

Timelines

  • 7 days — grace period after the request (account locked, no new sign-in).
  • Up to 15 days — maximum response time to your request (LGPD Art. 18 §5).
  • Up to 5 years — payment and invoice records may be kept, detached from the account (tax law).

What is deleted vs. what may remain

We delete documents, recipients, profile, tokens, and other product data. We may keep anonymized payment and invoice records for the tax retention period. See the privacy policy for details.
