How to request
- Sign in to your account (web or app).
- Open Settings (web) or Profile (mobile app).
- Tap Delete account and confirm both steps.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Trace Documents account (LGPD — right to erasure). Use the same flow on web, in the mobile app, or after signing in.
In the Trace Documents app: Profile tab → Delete account. Same as web: request, immediate account lock, permanent deletion after 7 days.
We delete documents, recipients, profile, tokens, and other product data. We may keep anonymized payment and invoice records for the tax retention period. See the privacy policy for details.
